Small Group Training

Build strength and boost confidence! Work with a group of four individuals for 2 sessions per week over an 6-8 week period, and follow a take-home program written to compliment the live sessions. Offered both in-person and virtually.

Offered both in-person and virtually. No matter your goals, your program will start with a consultation and comprehensive assessment to customize a training program that will take into account your current physical condition and any life circumstances.
