Small Group Training

Build strength and boost confidence! Work with a group of four individuals for 2 sessions per week over an 6-8 week period, and follow a take-home program written to compliment the live sessions. Offered both in-person and virtually.

NEXT CYCLE: November 19 - December 19, 2025

  • Each program is designed to create progressive overload every 6-8 weeks, and designed for you to participate in more than 1 cycle!

  • Currently offering: Intro to Kettlebells and Intermediate/Advanced Kettlebells groups.

  • All sessions are located in a gym in SoHo, Union Square or Bryant Park (Manhattan, NYC). Location will be confirmed upon registration.

Private 1:1 Training

Train 1:1 with Coach Maggi! Offered both in-person and virtually. No matter your goals, your program will start with a consultation and comprehensive assessment to customize a training program that will take into account your current physical condition and any life circumstances.

  • Individualized in-person strength coaching catered to your goals.

  • Additional programming outside of in-person meeting will be an additional monthly cost.

  • All sessions are located at a gym in SoHo, Union Square, or Bryant Park (Manhattan, NYC). Location will be confirmed upon registration.

  • Starting at $175/session

 

 

Virtual Strength Training

This will be catered to your equipment, schedule, and level of experience. We won’t be meeting on camera once a week but I’ll be checking your form and providing feedback granted you submit videos.

  • What you’ll get:

    • 4-week blocks of programming

    • 3-month minimum commitment

    • Weekly form feedback comments and video via Somble app. Form videos and written guidance from me.

    • 1x / week 20-30 min virtual calls to talk about the program and lifting form.

    • You’ll have 1-1 access via Somble app to communicate with me during business hours.

    • Starting at $300/month.

 

 

Group Classes *NEW*

Designed to boost energy and foster community. Each class is structured to be accessible for a range of fitness levels, with options to modify or progress based on your needs. Offered in-person in a Manhattan-based gym.

  • Currently offering “Open Level Kettlebells” class

  • Thoughtful and efficient programming delivered in a 50 minute class

  • All sessions are located at a gym in Bryant Park (Manhattan, NYC). Location will be confirmed upon sign-up.
