
Maggi Gao is a Fitness Coach based out of NYC.
Maggi’s first goal is to help her clients move without pain, and help them understand their own bodies in order to reach their fitness goals. She is committed to working with her clients closely to create the results they want while also educating them on the steps they can take charge of their own health.
Having grown up in Shanghai, China, Maggi received a B.A. in Psychology from NYU in 2018. During her time at NYU, her love for physical activity and sport evolved into a passion for movement and health.
She was selected onto the 2016 and 2018 USA University Netball Teams, representing the USA in the FISU World University Netball Championships in Miami, FL and Uganda respectively. As part of her time with the USA University Team, she also works with the NYC Department of Education to develop a netball curriculum and promote sport with students.

Small Group Training
Build strength and boost confidence! Work with a group of four individuals for 2 sessions per week over an 6-8 week period, and follow a take-home program written to compliment the live sessions. Offered both in-person and virtually.
1:1 Private Strength Training
Offered both in-person and virtually. No matter your goals, your program will start with a consultation and comprehensive assessment to customize a training program that will take into account your current physical condition and any life circumstances.
Classes
Designed to boost energy and foster community. Each class is structured to be accessible for a range of fitness levels, with options to modify or progress based on your needs. Offered in-person in a Manhattan-based gym.
